This restaurant is the birthplace of Mabo-yakisoba, which is fried noodles with Mabodofu.(Mabodofu is a Chinese dish with tofu in a spicy flavorful sauce. The sauce has ground pork or beef, seasoned with chili bean paste, soy sauce and peppercorns.)
