MUKU values animal welfare (AW) and offers dishes using ingredients grown in an animal-friendly environment and pesticide-free vegetables whenever possible. We also offer a vegan menu and provide a special space where people who value different lifestyles and values can relax and feel at ease.
MUKU's recommended salad bowls are made from ingredients that have been carefully selected by producers
. Three types of salad bowls are available: “Koma Tofu”, ‘Salmon’, and “AW Grilled Pork”.
Each bowl is filled with fresh vegetables and is sure to satisfy your taste buds. In addition,
offers a wide variety of menu items such as pasta using AW, vegan sweets, and café drinks. Dogs are welcome on the first floor, so please come and enjoy the restaurant with your pooch.
